An innovative performance based design approach has been adopted to achieve cost effective design solutions relating to exit systems and smoke control.
Working closely with RKD Architects and Walls Construction the new state of the art Biosciences building is now under construction. The building comprises three basement levels and six upper levels of laboratories, teaching facilities and commercial offices.
