It consists of the Headquarters for Ireland’s leading telecommunications Eircom, a 16 Storey Hotel operated by Hilton Group, residential blocks comprised 380 apartment, cafes and bars and a common 2 storey underground car park.
The use of fire engineering design was of huge benefit allowing significant cost savings and realise the potential of the site.
